Boe Therm Chillers Cool 3-32

• Cool models are compact energy saving environment friendly  portable chillers for 100% recirculation of process water.
• Cool is a modern, high function design for quick and easy  installation.
• Cool uses the following main components: Scroll compressor, plate  heat exchanger, air-cooled condenser, highly insulated water tank.
• The environment friendly gas R407C is used as refrigerant The  integral micro processor gives infinite control to the refrigerant circuit  and the water temperature.
• Cool offers both automatic and manual water filling.
• The oblique control panel positioned for easy setting and reading of set and actual  parameters. Due to its simplistic construction, maintenance is very easy. Cool works at  temperatures minus 15/+20°C or 0/+30°C.

Conveyors

BOE-THERM offer a wide range of conveyors for many conveying applications.
Trans is a straight conveyor.
Trans is available in standard length variations from 1 metre to 5 metres and belt widths 300, 400 and 500 mm.
Trans from 1 metre to 3 metres is fitted with one spring loaded telescopic stand as standard. Trans from 3.5 to 5.0 metres is fitted with two pairs of adjustable legs as standard.
The height of the conveyors can be simply adjusted without the use of tools.

The following belt specifications are standard:
• Smooth belt
• Smooth belt with 6 or 20 mm slats
• Supergrip belt

Temperature Controllers : Temp 90D

Temp 90D works with water as the circulating medium at temperatures from 10 to 90°C and is available with heating capacity 6 or 9 kW as standard.

Temp 90D is direct cooled which makes the unit particularly ideal for processes where low temperatures and high cooling capacities are required.

Temp 90D is fitted with a compact pump positioned outside the tank, which is highly insulated against thermal loss. The electronic control monitors the water level in the tank and the automatic filling.

Just like the other models in the Temp range Temp 90D is as an option available with integral connection to the production machine or alternatively with a remote control box for easy setting and adjustment of the operating and diagnostic parameters.
