Machine concepts of insert moulding machines
For more than 40 years, BOY manufactures versatile insert moulding machines with vertically arranged clamping unit which can be used for moulding parts inserted. The mature designs are the result of many years of experience with the basic concept of a two-platen clamping unit excellently suitable for this. With this basic concept, the BOY insert moulding machines are constructed exceptionally ergonomically convenient.
BOY injection units for multi–component
Your Advantages:
- Separate hydraulic drive unit and control.
- Available with different injection units. Plasticizing volumes up to 141.8 cm3, as well as injection pressures up to 3128 bar are possible.
- The controls of both machines communicate with each other via special interface.
- Thus, flexible operation of the machine in innumerable options of application is possible in the area of the multi-component injection moulding.
