TH-EIII – Electric Vertical Machine Range
These full Electric Vertical Injection Moulding machine Range are ideal for high-cycle thin hoop Moulding. It offers the advantages of energy-saving clean room operation of the Electric type machines backed by Nissei’s abundant experience in time-tested hydraulic type vertical machines.
DCS-III - 2-Piston Clamping Clamping Machine
DCX-III Series is equipped with NISSEI’s original 2-piston type clamping mechanism, which transmits ideal clamping force to both sides of moulds. The High-performance High-functioning controller TACT IV achieves faster control and improves repeatability. The newly-developed servo-driven rotation mechanism achieves high-speed and shockless mould reversing motion (reversing time: about ½ of the conventional machines).
DCE-III – Two Colour/Disimilar Material Production
This series Machine is equipped with the new clamping mechanism "Double Flat Clamp," into which the hydraulic 2-piston clamping mechanism is incorporated, permitting ideal transmission of clamping force to two sides of a mould. Furthermore, the high-speed, shockless mould rotating mechanism, high-speed control (control cycle: 100 micro sec.) for stable Injection operation, and various types of high-speed operations permit the series to meet the needs for diversified two-colour moulding.
TWX-RIII Super Low-Profile Vertical (Insert) Injection Moulding Machine
TWX-RⅢ was developed from the best-selling hybrid type vertical machine “TNXSeries,” which was widely used in many Insert Moulding Industries. This new Hybrid Type Vertical Injection Moulding Machine is equipped with a new compound type clamping mechanism and offers super low-profile structures. It provides high safety and refined usability while reducing the costs for ancillary equipment and hydraulic oil.
